Refund Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase from XIZI Pearl.

 

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

 

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

 

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and quality reasons, worn jewelry, damaged items caused by customer handling, and items without original packaging cannot be returned.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help make it right.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

 

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
